Payment Information
Payment method
At the moment we accept direct bank transfer. We do not take card payments.
How it works
- You choose Direct bank transfer at checkout and place your order. You receive an order confirmation by email.
- We contact you by email to talk through availability, shipping to your country and any questions, and we confirm the final amount.
- You transfer the amount to our bank account, quoting your order number. Our bank details are in your order confirmation or in our email.
- We process the order once the payment has arrived.
Please do not transfer any money before we have confirmed your order.
Currency and prices
Prices are shown in euro (EUR). Shipping costs are confirmed by email before you pay.
Payment security
Checkout is delivered over an encrypted connection. We never ask for card details, because we do not take card payments. We will never ask you to pay to an account that was not given in your order confirmation or in an email from info@antelyx.com.
If a transfer does not arrive
If we do not receive a transfer we expected, we will contact you. An order is not dispatched until the payment has arrived.
Refunds
Refunds are paid by the method used for the original payment, which for a bank transfer is the account the payment came from, unless we agree otherwise. See Returns and Refunds.
