Ordering Information
Ask before you order
You never have to order to get an answer. Use Ask ANTELYX on any species or colony page, or the contact form, to ask about a species, a colony or availability. Please select your country so we can take your destination into account. We reply by email.
Ordering a colony online
- Choose a colony on its product page and check what is included. Each page says exactly what you receive.
- Select any options, then add it to your cart or use Buy Now.
- Check out as a guest, or sign in if you have an account. You do not need an account to order.
- Choose Direct bank transfer and place your order. You receive an order confirmation by email.
Where a colony cannot be ordered online, its page says so and invites you to ask.
What happens after you place your order
Your order reaches us as a request to buy. We contact you by email to talk through availability, shipping to your country and any questions you have. Nothing is dispatched until we have confirmed the order with you and your payment has arrived. Please do not transfer any money before we have confirmed your order. Our bank details are in your order confirmation or in our email.
Availability and your destination
Colonies are live animals, so availability depends on the species, your destination, the rules that apply and the season. If an order cannot be fulfilled we tell you and explain your options. See the Shipping Policy.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on each product page in euro. At the moment we accept direct bank transfer; see Payment Information.
Changing or cancelling an order
Please contact us as soon as possible. Because colonies are live animals, changes may not be possible once an order has been prepared. See Returns and Refunds and the Terms and Conditions.
After you order
We confirm the dispatch day, pack the colony and ship it as set out in the Shipping Policy. When it arrives, please follow the Live Arrival Policy. Our guide to how ANTELYX orders work explains the process in more detail.
